Junior classes (ages 5-12)

Our women’s-only self-defence course is designed to build confidence, awareness, and real-world skills in a safe and supportive environment. Over six structured weeks, you’ll learn practical techniques to handle everyday situations, from breaking free of grabs to understanding personal safety and boundaries. No previous experience is needed—just the willingness to step forward, grow stronger, and take control of your personal safety. New courses start regularly, so get in touch to secure your place.
